To effectively capture the Voice of the Customer, there are many considerations. There are various data channels as well as feedback types and it is important to understand the nuances that come with each of these. More importantly, it is critical that you are able to effectively gather the data and translate what the feedback really means.

All of the inputs, no matter how robust and accurate, must ultimately drive toward appropriate actions that drive continuous improvement. Identifying relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, is important. Understanding how to respond in a meaningful way that your stakeholders can understand and appreciate is critical.

 


Speaker Biography

Mark Kiebles
Director, Field Quality
HAVI

Mark earned his BA in Communication at Loyola University, Chicago in 1993. Mark is a positive, energetic professional with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant category and a true passion for effective communication.

Mark entered the quality arena in his current role that he has held for 5 years with HAVI where he built and leads a new team to act as liaison between HAVI and its primary customer, McDonald’s, at the restaurant level.

Mark is recognized by management as an authentic, objective leader with a proven track record of developing people and building strong relationships with the customer at many levels.

Mark has held the following positions:

   - Assistant Manager (6 yrs)

Dannon
   - National Account Manager, McDonald’s account (3 yrs)

S&D Coffee
   - National Account Manager, McDonald’s account (9 yrs)

HAVI

Note: Registration closes three days before the meeting in order to give the venue enough time to order food and the section volunteers enough time to prepare meeting credentials. If you do not see the Register Now button, registration has been closed for the meeting. Walk-ins are welcome, though we cannot guarantee a meal.

Please note that we cannot yet accept credit card payment at the door. Please pay in advance during registration. Walk-ins will need to pay by cash, check, meeting card, new member letter, or by special arrangement.

There is no charge for attending the meeting only. The section is able to provide a complimentary meal for a limited number of unemployed members. To take advantage of this program, you must:
1. Pre-register. This benefit is not available at the door.
2. Be actively seeking employment.
3. Be a paid member of the ASQ Fox Valley Section 1208.
4. Submit your resume to the ASQ web site, http://www.asq.org.
